My workout Stack!

I tought that I should share my workout stack, after months of trial and error I found the perfect stack for my routine.

For the Record: I just broke Back & Chest workout!

Well today I did my first workout of the week which is Chest & Back. I have noticed a huge increase on energy these past months and I have managed to increase weight lifting and cardio endurance :-D . And what about results??? I have dropped to 165 pounds and gained almost 10 pounds of lean muscle!, right now I’m looking forward to cut more fat and gain muscle at the same time which is getting pretty hardcore these days for me but I will bring the best of me :-D .

Today’s workout results:

P90X:Round 5, Week 3 Day:376

First workout:Chest & Back

Standard Push-ups:

  1. Set 1: 30 reps
  2. Set 2 : 30 reps

Wide Front Pull-ups :

  1. Set 1: 25 reps
  2. Set 2: 25 reps

Military Push-ups:

  1. Set 1: 20 reps
  2. Set 2: 20 reps

Reverse grip Pull-ups:

  1. Set 1: 16 reps
  2. Set 2 : 16 reps

Wide Fly Push-Ups:

  1. Set 1: 30 reps
  2. Set 2: 30 reps

Closed grip Overhand Pull-Ups:

  1. Set 1: 16 reps
  2. Set 2: 16 reps

Decline Push-Ups:

  1. Set 1: 12 reps
  2. Set 2: 12 reps

Heavy Pants:

  1. Set 1: 10 reps weight: 25 pound dumbbells
  2. Set 2: 10 reps weight: 25 pound dumbbells

Diamond Push-Ups:

  1. Set 1: 16 reps

Lawnmowers:

  1. Set 1: 10 reps weight: 35 pound dumbbells

Dive-Bomber Push-Ups:

Diet & Supplementation:

As for my Diet and supplementation I’m currently following my own custom program:

Meal plan:

Before breakfast: 6:00AM

  1. 1 serving of EAS CLA
  2. 2 capsules of USP Labs Recreate
  3. 1 glass of water

Breakfast: 6:30AM

  1. 6 Egg white omelet with turkey ham
  2. 1 bowl of Oatmeal with Water and Cinnamon
  3. 1 scoop strawberries
  4. 1 banana
  5. multivitamin

Morning break: 9:00AM

  1. ON Natural 100% Oats & Whey shake

Mid-Morning Snack: 10:30AM

  1. Canned Tuna or cottage cheese
  2. 1 scoop of almonds

Lunch: 12:00PM

  1. 2 Chicken Breasts
  2. Brown Rice
  3. green vegetables

Mid-afternoon snack: 2:00PM

  1. ON Natural 100% Oats & Whey shake

afternoon meal: 4:00PM

  1. 1 can of Tuna or turkey
  2. 2 slices of Whole Wheat Bread
    *or a low sugar protein bar like Detour or Myoplex*

5:00PM

  1. **Take 2 capsules of USP Labs Recreate 30 mins on empty stomach**

Pre Workout: 6:00PM

  1. 1 scoop ON Whey protein shake
  2. 1banana or gerber sweet potatoes, or Gerber bananas or gerber apple sauce
  3. 3 scoops of Jack3d USPlabs
  4. start drinking USPLabs Modern BCA
  5. sip on USPLabs Modern BCA during workout

Post Workout: 8:00PM

  1. Finish USPlabs modern BCA
  2. 1 scoop Whey Protein shake

Last meal: 9:00PM

  1. 2 Chicken Breasts
  2. 1 glass of water

Before Bed

  1. ON Casein Protein shake

Snacks:

If I feel like I’m hungry I snack of the following:

  1. turkey or beef jerky
  2. Low fat cottage Cheese
  3. raw almonds
  4. raw hazelnuts
  5. canned tuna (in water)
  6. a glass of non-fat or 2%fat milk
  7. 1 banana (Before 8:00PM)
  8. Babyfood!, found these to be really good for snacking or pre-workout (sweet potatoes,carrots,chicken & gravy,Beef,bananas,prunes,apple sauce). They contain no additives like sugar and any other nasty stuff. It’s a nice fix if you are on the go or want to save some money! (Before 8:00PM)
  9. And plenty of water during my day (at least 2 liters).

Muay Thai, Kickboxing class :-D

Got some photos from today’s workout. I’ve been taking Kickboxing classes with Muay Thai trainer Joey O’neill. So far it’s been a great workout after going under P90X’s workouts for almost a year. Right now I’m taking my fitness to the next level by introducing new workout routines. For those out there looking to burn tons of calories or improve their fitness results, I highly recommend Kickboxing!

BTW, next Friday I’ll be done with P90X’s third round :-)

P90X day 261!

After working out for almost a year (261 days) with Tony Horton’s P90X program I decided to post some pics of my progress. I’ve lost over 33 pounds of body fat and gained 8 pounds of muscle. I’m still going for more P90X after I have completed my third round next week!.

Guns N’ Roses- Chinese Democracy Tour @ PR

Last Thursday I went to Guns N’ Roses last show from the 2010 Chinese Democracy Tour held at the Roberto Clemente Coliseum @ San Juan, Puerto Rico. They gave us a great show from 10:00PM-5:00AM. Before Gn’R came to stage at midnight Sebastian Bach & Puya performed their own full sets!!. Puya performed some of their hits like: ” Oasis”,”Erizo” & “Pa’ti Pa’mi”.

I just have to give some credit to Mr. Sebastian Bach  he really made the crowd go wild that night!.  Some of the songs played were hits from Skid Row like “Youth Gone Wild” & “I Remember You” among others  and singles from his latest album “Angel Down”.
